Valve only Replacement Guide

Valve only Replacement by disassembly.

Your HTUH is supplied without the original brass elbows as these have not changed from the original and using this method do not have to be removed from the house plumbing.

1. Remove rose, handle and faceplate turn off water.
2. Remove valve top (4 screws). Note orientation of hot and cold isolators cold usually to right.
3. Remove hot and cold isolator clips, isolators can then be eased out to remove the valve body.
4. Unscrew isolators from brass elbows, check pipe work can’t drop down inside wall.
5. Replace all new parts, (old isolators and valve body may not be compatible). Valve body hot port with surrounding “O” ring to top.
